How to order?
Simply browse and add your products from the Al Tannaf website or app to your cart. When you check out, you will need to either log in or register an account. At checkout, you will need to choose either 'pick up in store' or 'delivery'. If you select delivery, please enter your delivery address, confirm payment, and you are done. You will then receive an SMS and email notification of your order. Leave the rest to us.
Do I need to be in location to receive the delivery?
To ensure you receive your products in good condition, we advise you to be at location to receive your delivery.

How do I track my order?
To track your order, you can contact us via WhatsApp at 800 36632 to inquire about the status of your order.
My orders have not arrived, what should I do?
If there is a delay in delivery your order, for example due to traffic, we will try and contact you in advance to let you know. However, if your order does not arrive for whatever reason, please contact us by WhatsApp on 800 36632 and we will assist you.
What mode of payments do you accept?
We accept only Credit/Debit Card payment online via our secure Credit Card Payment partner.
